DELIVERY

You should know that as soon as us mice receive your order, we will be scurrying to get it in the post between 1 & 2 Busy-Business Days. It will be travelling First Class, with the Royal Mail in the UK. This will cost £1.00 per 100g of weight per package (calculated at checkout), and should be with you within 1-3 working days after dispatch from our Studio.

We mice unfortunately can’t guarantee these delivery times, but are very good at doing our very best for you! You will also receive an email upon purchase, giving you peace of cheese mind that we have received your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Of course, sometimes things don’t work out, so you’ll be pleased to know that we will happily exchange or accept return of an item. Just get in touch with the Studio within 14 days of your item(s) delivery, letting us know about the details of your exchange/return request, after which we will email you with further instructions to process your exchange/refund.

We unfortunately don’t cover return postage costs, and can only cancel or amend an order if it hasn’t already left the studio. If it has however departed the Studio and a cancellation/amendment is required, just email or call us once your item has been received, and we can process a refund/exchange for you.

Rodent Refund Conditions: Please do take care to return your item in its original condition in order to receive your refund. A full refund will be issued once your item(s) is returned in its original condition. Please also obtain a proof of postage certificate from your Post Office; it’s always best to have the proof of postage in these busy times!
